CM Chanchal Kumer Ghosh

Hello friends! This is Ghosh, Chanchal Kumer from Bangladesh. I am 47 years old. By profession, I am a Professor of English Language and Literature serving for Bangladesh Government. As a professional teacher at classroom, I enjoy teaching in the most interactive and participatory methods.

As a Fide rated and Titled chess player I have been playing chess at national and international levels for about 25 years. I participated in hundreds of standard rating tournaments, Masters events, Zonal events both OTB and online. My highest FIDE rating was 2259. I earned Candidate Master title from FIDE and Arena Grandmaster title at FIDE Online Arena.

Apart from my FIDE chess player's titles, I have also been awarded the title FIDE Instructor (FI) which is the acknowledgement as a chess coach. I have more than 10 years of experience in teaching chess at school and college levels as well as online. I also worked as a freelance chess writer. I know how to strengthen the basic of the young learners, how to present the ideas, theories, and strategies fascinatingly. I am highly enthusiastic to teaching students indivudually, as a team or even at national junior level.

As I said earlier, I am a Government employed college teacher, an opportunity, that I avail for teaching chess as well. I worked at freelancer.com to write chess articles, chess books, puzzle books etc.

I have sound knowledge in opeing theories. I feel at home to teach my students the basic ideas of the opening repertoires, common mistakes, traps, development of the past ideas etc.

I have hand-on experience in the most popular chess openings, the best ones played by the world's top players, their findings and updates. I share their thoughts, analyze them thoroughly, and pin-point the key positions for better understanding of the students. I prepare all these in different lessons based on the category of students, their skills, and their needs.
