Hi I'm a chess coach from Italy, but now live in the beautiful island of Taiwan. I've been teaching chess for about 10 years, in every context: schools, chess academies, chess clubs and of course private lessons too. I learned that a good player does not necessarily make a good coach, and that experience is very important: I believe honesty and passion go a long way. Lessons in English, Italian,中文.

Playing experience in several national and international competitions. I enjoyed playing in many beautiful European cities, like Salzburg(1st place under 2200 Elo category), Split, Nova Gorica(1st place under 2200 category), Pola, Villach, Padova, exc...
I had the pleasure of playing several school team competitions in my teenage years, resulting in several regional championships wins, and a 4th place at the national stage(best result ever for my school).
I earned the title of National Master at the 2017 semifinal of the Absolute Italian Championship.

I have a very long(roughly 10 years) and varied experience. I taught classes of kids under 10 in schools in Italy and Taiwan. Groups in chess academies and clubs. And of course private lessons. I therefore have vast experience teaching players of every level, from total beginners who need to learn the rules, up to players of around 2000 elo rating. My professionality and experience was acknowledged when I was chosen by Friuli Venezia Giulia to lead the regional delegation( around 50 players) to the 2017 Italian National Youth Finals in Chianciano.
In 2020 I became a Fide Instructor.
