The Sharjah Chess Masters is a 9 rounds classical tournament, with a prize fund of ~ $52,000 for the Masters Section.

The top 8 from Stage 2 go on to Stage 3 - a single elimination knockout tournament held at 14:00 UTC on Sunday, 31st March with a prize fund of $1,000 and the winner qualifying to the Sharjah Chess Masters with their registration and accommodation covered.
