I agree with what Dukedog said, but it's sad to read you're not doing well. I hope you understand we are not qualified to help you, but really wished we could. I trust with time you will find something that works better. Did you think about getting someone to be your mental health coach? It can help when someone's keeping tabs on what kind of treatment you are in, what meds you're taking, what kind of effects they have and simply how you're doing. I don't know how it is where you live, but here sometimes the therapist can recommend former patients who have offered to volunteer in this role. It's nice to have friends and family, but they don't have your diagnosis and meds, so it can also be really helpful to talk to others who understand things about you that they don't, and perhaps make you feel a little less lonely.
